Sand, Saltwater and Saunas

Whether you’re a cold-water fanatic or you can just about get your toes in, a sauna is the perfect place to warm up after a dip – and the sauna culture is strong in Newquay. You’ll find the Olla Hiki mobile wood-fired sauna at different clifftop locations throughout the year (check the website to see where it’s popping up next). Exploring on foot is the ideal way to get to know Newquay better. After your sauna, enjoy a full hit of fresh Atlantic air by following the South West Coast Path around town. It’s an exhilarating way to travel between beaches or activities, and the views from the headland are well worth the walk.
