What We Do
We help you make the most of your visit to Newquay, promote the town and also produce the Visit Newquay Destination Guide and Town Map. Visit us, call us, email or contact us by social media.

- Left Luggage Service: Available during opening hours and we charge a fee. Conditions apply.
- National Express Agent Booking: We can take cash and card. We also sell the National Express Coach Cards, such as Senior or Disabled.
- Wheelchair Hire: £10.00 per day or £40.00 per week plus a £50.00 (cash only) returnable deposit. Can be pre-booked. Contact details below.
- Guidebooks and Maps: A selection of maps and guidebooks including OS maps, touring guides, walking maps & books,
- Gift Shop: We feature a number of local makers and artist work.
- Photocopying, Scanning and Print from email service. Colour & B/W
- Pet Friendly
- No public toilets. The nearest are 100m (110yds) away. They are 50p.
Opening Hours
Summer: (April-Sept) Mon - Fri: 9am - 5.30pm, Sat/Sun & Bank holidays 10am - 4pm. Subject to change.
Winter: (Oct-March) Mon - Fri: 9am - 5.00pm, Sat/Sun & Bank holidays 10am - 3pm. Subject to change.

Directions
Driving: We do not have a public car park, however the nearest is a few minutes walk away: Manor Road Car Park, St Michaels Road, TR7 1BD.
From the Bus Station: When you arrive at Newquay Bus Station, head East along Manor Road. At the juction turn right up Marcus Hill, walk around 50 metres (54 yards) and we are located on the right-hand side.
From the Train Station: When you leave the entrance of Newquay Train Station, turn left onto Cliff Road. Keep walking straight for around 5-10 minutes. Continue walking past the Newquay Main Post Office. After a few mins you will reach a crossroads. Turn left, away from the sea onto Marcus Hill. We are then located 50 metres (49 yards) up the hill on the right-hand side in the Municipal Council Buildings.
Accessibility
The Visit Newquay Tourist Information office is accessed by steps or a shallow slope. The shop is open plan with low desks and has access for wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs and mobility scooters to move around. There are no hearing loops.
