4 FREE Activities this Easter in Newquay

Only a few weeks are left until the bunny arrives with lots of egg-citing family fun. Get ready for some cracking Easter events across town and even better these are FREE to take part in!
Easter Community Fun Day on the Killacourt
Brought to you by Newquay Town Council Events and Visit Newquay, this exciting new event will take place on Saturday 19th April 2025.
Children can take part in an Easter egg hunt and trail, with a chocolate egg and prize for every child. Bust out their best dance moves at the children's disco by the Bandstand and enjoy the free fairground ride and garden games on the Killacourt.
Golden Rock Hunt
Keep those eagle eyes peeled for the 50 golden rocks hidden around Newquay!
Starts Good Friday and finishes on Monday 21st April 2025 at 4pm.
If you are lucky enough to find one of the golden rocks then bring it to the Visit Newquay Tourist Information Centre, Marcus Hill, TR7 1BD to trade your finds for an egg-cellent prize.
Newquay Easter Trail
The Easter Bunny has been busy and hidden Easter Eggs (posters) in various shops around Newquay! All you have to do is collect your cluesheet from the Visit Newquay Tourist Information Centre, TR7 1BD work out the clue and go to the shop you think it is! In the window, there will be a poster with a number in the egg.
When you have finished, bring your completed sheet back to the Visit Newquay Tourist Information Centre, TR7 1BD where you will be rewarded with an Easter present.
Newquay Lions Easter Egg Hunt
Newquay Lions are holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Towan Beach which takes place on Sunday 20th April 2025 at 1pm.
Children and families are invited to hunt for coloured rocks around Towan Beach which can then be exchanged for Easter Eggs.
Families are asked to bring their buckets and spades as the Easter treasures will be buried around the beach!
