About
Porth is part of Newquay and about 2 miles North of Newquay town centre in the direction of Padstow. Its main features are a large, expansive beach and the headland with Porth Island joined to it by a footbridge. There are two Car Parks and unusually one of themactually on the beach.There are several hotels, B&B's, self-catering and Caravan & Campsites.
There are are several pubs and cafe's; one of the Pubs is right by the beach at the North end of the beach and a cafe at the South end.
