Olla Hiki is a mobile, wood-fired community sauna that brings affordable health and well-being to young and old in and around Newquay.
Locations
We are currently based at North Fistral (address: Newquay TR7 1HY ) which is the ideal spot to watch the waves from our sauna benches and then run into the sea to refresh yourself again. We also have got freshwater tubs to rinse off and to cool down in between sauna sessions. Sit back in our deckchairs, rehydrate with some fresh water and rest. Take a step back from your daily life and reset the nervous system with this magical sauna flow between hot and cold.
From the 1st of July until the 1st of September we will be based at our stunning cliff top location at Bedruthan Steps Camping ( B3276, Wadebridge PL27 7UP) where you can escape the busyness of the Summer and just breathe and be still.
From September onwards we will move back to the heart of Newquay and hide from the Winter storms at Newquay Harbour.
