4Motion Community Dance Sessions 2024

25th September – 18th December (excluding October half 30th Oct) 

COMMUNITY, FUN & INCLUSION are at the heart of our 4Motion classes. We believe dance is for EVERYONE – a chance to move to music, make friends, have a giggle and feel great!  

As a CIC (community interest company) we are on a social mission to reinvest back into our local community by delivering affordable classes for young people and adults. Our Newquay Community Dance class welcomes people of ALL ages, levels of fitness, experiences, health and background; this class is about fun fitness through dance, meeting like-minded friendly people and connecting with a positive community. 

And, guess what? 

Not only do you get to move and have fun by joining this class, your class fee contributes towards supporting our youth and community programmes. We reinvest class income to run projects that help young people who are struggling with their mental and physical health, or support families who can’t afford to attend a class, or someone currently unemployed, socially anxious or feeling isolated who are looking to be part of a friendly community. By joining our Newquay Community Dance class YOU are helping to keep our local community moving and connected, so thank you.
